Create sample by sedimentation
Create sample by sedimentation
Go to folder containing case, right click and open terminal. Copy following line to generating sample separately :
mpirun -np 8 lmp_auto -in in.SAMPLECollapsing
Collapsing
Running collapse by following command:
mpirun -np 8 lmp_auto -in in.COLLAPSECase can be run by:
Case can be run by:
./RUNin terminal. This completely run the case from generating sample to collapsing process.
It is important to allow file RUN executing as program . To do so right click to the file and tick the box as show in the figure.
